The Overlook is a vibrant, active Community that is all about living an abundant life. Our Fitness Center is the focus … not just for Residents, but for the outside community, too. With our large, well-equipped gym and indoor heated pool, it’s easy to remain healthy and fit. If you need a little help getting that way, we even offer personal training tailored for your needs and personal goals. You have our gorgeous grounds to take advantage of, too! Our Campus is crisscrossed with walking and cross-country ski trails. If you like a little competition, come down to our tennis court, or pitch a few horseshoes for fun.

1- Year Membership (must be 50 or older)
